Day 1 – Grounding & Detox
- Morning Herbal Tea: Tulsi-Ginger Tea with lemon
- Breakfast: Papaya & banana bowl with chia seeds, coconut flakes
- Lunch: Red rice, moong dal khichdi, bottle gourd sabzi, cucumber mint raita
- Evening Tea: Fennel tea + Roasted makhana (foxnuts)

Day 2 – Nourishing & Cooling
